Grasshopper is where a lot of architecture actually gets designed. Sharing that work is the hard part.

A definition only opens for someone who owns Rhino, has the right plugins, and is willing to install them. So the work stays on one machine. Everyone else sees a screenshot, or a video of someone else moving the sliders.

Mola Mola is an attempt at the obvious fix: put the definition in a browser. Send a link and the person on the other end moves the sliders themselves, on a laptop or a phone, in a meeting, without installing anything. The geometry is solved on their own machine, so nothing is uploaded to be computed and nothing depends on our servers staying up.

Getting there means re-implementing Grasshopper's components one at a time, and being straight about which ones are done. Real files are what move it forward. Every definition someone opens tells us what to build next, and most of what has been fixed so far came from a file a user sent us that did not work.

We would rather tell you plainly what does not work yet than have you find out halfway through a deadline. What runs today is a genuine list, kept current.
